Tenuta Campo di Sasso ltd - New Zealand
Situated on the foothills of the Wither Hills and near to the coast of Cloudy Bay in Marlborough, our vineyards of Sauvignon Blanc are planted. The area is blessed by a terroir possessing good minerality and a climate moderated by the cool sea breezes.
Marlborough is indisputedly one of the finest areas in the world for cultivating Sauvignon Blanc, having a cool maritime climate where average daytime temperatures rarely exceed 24°C, even in the hottest months, and yet the area still enjoys more sunlight hours than any other region in New Zealand. Lodovico Antinori and winemaker Helena Lindberg are confident that in this area of quite exceptional vineyards, they have chosen a property that enjoys one of the very best terroirs.
